Perfect Spot and Homely Rooms Located in the heart of the city makes it easy to get around. the hotel also has two supermarket stores just across the street which makes it convenient for picking up groceries. the rooms were cozy and homely with basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It was especially pleasing to have a fully equipped kitchen that allows for easy cooking.
Unsanitary and Overpriced Unfortunately, the rooms, especially the bathrooms, were extremely unsanitary and in dire need of a deep clean. the hotel was quite overpriced for the service, amenities, and location offered.

These apartments are very close to the beach, to the town centre, and there are several supermarkets nearby, as well as a bakery. The pool is also a welcome alternative to going to the beach. They are clean, and the staff are friendly. I would recommend them mainly for their location.
We found it inconvenient that reception closed at 8pm each evening (9pm Sat) and did not open until 8am each morning. It meant that the reception and pool area was not available to guests at these times. I only noticed he day before travelling that it was important to notify them if you are going to arrive after 6, which I immediately did by email. However their follow up mail requesting me to phone them, was sent whilst we were travelling which meant I did not read it. However Booked.net rang to advise that we needed to phone la grange prestige immediately, and in the end we made a frantic dash to get there before 8, or we would have been without accommodation on our first night!

Excellent location close to the beach. It was wonderful to eat on the balcony and the pool was clean and pleasant to swim in.
It was not explicitly clear upon booking that we would be responsible for cleaning the room, and that cleaning supplies, shampoos and soaps would not be provided. The floors were very dirty and made our feet black. As long as you are prepared to clean and know what to expect, it's a decent hotel.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is right beside the beach, making it convenient to enjoy the sun and sand. the hotel is close to shops and restaurants, providing plenty of options for dining and shopping.
Some guests have reported that there can be noise from the street, which can be disruptive during the night.

Location and value for money. Spacious
Old decor. Lots of "do it yourself" in the package like doing own bedding.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with well-maintained common areas and a sparkling swimming pool. The location was perfect, being very close to both the beautiful beach and the bustling city center. The staff were friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist with any inquiries or needs.
Absolutely nothing.

The check in was very smooth, and the lady on the check in desk very efficient and friendly. However, when we go to our apartment we found it to be very dirty. I re-cleaned the whole apartment, bathrooms, kitchen, floors, inside the wardrobes etc. Then we read the paperwork to discover that there was an extra fee of 75Euros at the end of our holiday for the end of stay clean. On the website it clearly stated that the end of stay clean was included (excluding the kitchenette). So this was an extra charge that we should not need to pay. I went to reception to complain that we were advised on the Booked.net website that the clean was included in the price(excluding kitchenette). I was greeted by a very unfriendly receptionist who did not believe me and was quite rude, she treated me with distaste as if I was trying to get a refund from them, which I was not. I was mearly asking them to honour the booking conditions and not charge us for the end of stay clean. She asked me to bring a copy of this paper back to reception, unfortunately although I had my lap-top I did not have a printer. So I opted to email Lagrange Presrige and Booked.net. Booked.net were helpful in their responses, however, Lagrange Presitge were not. They went as far as to remove the sentence form their website relating to the end of stay clean and would not admit their mistake. Their repsonses were very curt and rude. I would not recommend Lagrange Prestige to a family looking for a relaxing break. My holiday was spoilt by the way that the receptionist treated us and by lack of customer care in general by Lagrange. I would not recommend Lagranage and I would never stay there again.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a quiet area by the beach, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The location was excellent, with the hotel situated right beside the street like most of the Saint Maxime beaches. This made it incredibly convenient to access both the beach and the city center. The hotel itself was stunning, with spacious and well-appointed apartment-style rooms. The amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a balcony to enjoy the serene surroundings. The staff were friendly and approachable, always willing to help with any request or question I had. the comfort and quality of service at this hotel were truly exceptional.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Ideal Location, Well-Equipped Rooms
The hotel’s location was perfect for us with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the beach. It was close to a supermarket making it easy to buy groceries. The rooms were well equipped with everything we needed for our stay and the pool was a great spot for relaxation.
The size of the rooms was a bit small for us, but it wasn't a big issue. The main downside was the noise, we could hear street traffic at night which could be bothersome.
